Google Docs brings voice typing and new research tools on ...

Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides

Goole Docs, Sheet, and Slides are Google’s cloud-based document authoring suite. Like Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint respectively these three applications together allow you to author documents anytime and anywhere you have an internet connection. Major benefits for utilizing these apps is that two or more users can edit documents at the same time and they are always backed up and saved safely online.

Google Drive

Your thumb drive in the sky. Google Drive allows you to store all your church files online be it photos, graphics, documents, if it’s a file on your computer chances are you can store it here. Unique elements of G Suite over your standard user account is the ability to create shared file spaces so multiple members in your church can store and access the same files with their own user accounts. For example, you can create a folder for Photos and Videos so members of your church staff and marketing ministries can easily save and share photos they take over the year and access them for future promotions without having to bug each other for who has what.

Ad Grants

Have you ever made a Google Search and noticed that usually, the top four listings are ads? This could be your church! On top of providing your church with free email, document suite, and file storage you can also get $10,000 a month in free ad credits!

If done properly you can send thousands of user’s per month to your church’s website to engage them further.
